Are you passionate about digital advertising operations and paid media through social and search channels? We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic/Ad Tech Manager to provide end-to-end support for processing digital advertising campaigns, from pre-sale to campaign launch. As an Analyst, your primary focus will be to review, order, and execute campaigns with precision, ensuring accuracy throughout the process.


To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with digital ad serving technology such as GAM, Teads, Adsense, and FB Business Manager.
  • Proficiency in traffic ad campaigns, including direct sold, house, and programmatic deals, while monitoring performance.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and FB Business Manager.
  • Expertise in social advertising dashboards such as FB Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and AdWords.
  • Ability to manage daily and monthly advertising budgets effectively.
  • Experience working with third-party partners on ad tech, such as Teads and Agora.
  • Proficiency in building and managing a programmatic waterfall strategy.
  • Strong multitasking skills, balancing competing priorities and requests across multiple clients.
  • Troubleshooting experience with ad delivery and related tools like Google Publisher Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • SEO strategy experience is a plus.


  • Collaborate with local sales teams and advertising operations staff to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Provide campaign strategy and guidance to optimize performance and deliver exceptional client support.
  • Utilize expert product knowledge to contribute to digital growth, client strategy, and campaign optimizations.
  • Focus on digital ad operations and paid media through social and search channels.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Passion for technology and ability to quickly learn new concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Familiarity with creating holistic advertising campaigns and calculating pricing structures (CPM, CPC).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Practical experience with Google Ad Manager.
  • Basic ad operations experience, including trafficking.
  • Basic understanding of key programmatic optimization concepts, such as header bidding.
  • Awareness of current ad industry trends and key campaign performance indicators.
  • Desire to contribute to improving the digital media ecosystem.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
